Dr. Dick Ordlock,
PHD, LCPC Dr. Ordlock is the founder and Executive Director of Tricon.
He has been working with substance abusers since 1977. He founded Tricon 10 years ago in order to provide a new alternative
for substance abuse treatment. Dr. Ordlock grew up in Chicago, and graduated from Northern Illinois
University. He received his Masters degree in counseling from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. His
Doctorate is from The Interfaith Seminary, and the title of his dissertation is "Spirituality and Recovery."
Dr. Ordlock has helped organize numerous treatment programs, and has extensive experience in
all areas of mental health. He is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol, and at the present time is the
Critical Incident Stress Management Coordinator for the State of Illinois. In that capacity, Lt. Col. Ordlock and his
team provide special counseling services to first responders. Dr. Ordlock has also helped develop
adolescent treatment programs, and has also appeared in videos on treating domestic violence perpretators. He is typical of our staff, who provide a great deal of expertise in order to provide you with the best possible
service.

Molly Burke,
CI, CT Molly Burke is the director of our deaf and hearing impaired program. She has
over 30 years of experience, and is an RID Certified Interpreter. Molly graduated from Norther
Illinois University, and began her career as a Special Education Teacher. One of the most interesting things about her
experiences is that she is now interpreting for children of her former pupils. How fast time goes by. Molly has interpreted in a variety of settings, and presently works at Sorenson Video Relaly as an interpreter.
She has also interpreted at a wide variety of events, and is widely known in the deaf community. She
has done numerous recovery groups, and is familiar with our program and philosophy. As far as we know, we are one of
a very few programs that offer ASL Interpretation.
